GemSeal stands for Quality. The business is the combination of GemSeal, Inc. which began operations in 1957 and sold sealer from five southern facilities, and the Pavement Coatings division of Bonsal American, Inc., with four Midwestern and Northeastern plants.
Together, these nine manufacturing locations produce the finest pavement coatings in the industry. GemSeal products are currently available in 32 states from Texas to the Atlantic. GemSeal has a factory close to contractors and their customers offering many brands to service pavement maintenance needs including outstanding sealer products such as Polytar and Fed Spec. The GemSeal product line also includes asphalt repair materials, primers, bonding agents, striping paint and tools/equipment for the applicator.
